manager was at my house within one hour of my phone call.
Three other companies said that their next appointment opening wasn't
until the following week. The company I had before could not
fix the problem and left the job unfinshed and charged me for parts
that didn't need to be fixed. When the Thomason Mechanical technician arrived, he
troubleshot the problem within minutes and also pointed out the problem the
last company made. The tech then went to his truck, got the part and replaced
the old one, and my air conditoner was working in 15 minutes. I highly
recommend Thomason Mechanical to everyone.
